ABOUT ELEVATE OPS
Built from experience inside growing businesses.
Elevate Ops was created around a simple belief: growing businesses deserve financial operations that are as disciplined and dependable as the businesses they support.
We help owners build that structure without requiring them to assemble and manage an entire internal finance department.
Good financial operations shouldn't create more work for the owner. They should give the owner greater confidence in the business.
WHY ELEVATE OPS EXISTS
Growth shouldn't make the financial side of your business harder to manage.
As businesses grow, the financial operation often develops one piece at a time. A bookkeeper handles the books. A payroll company handles payroll. The CPA handles taxes. Employees manage pieces of billing, payments, or reporting. And the owner fills the gaps.
Each piece may work—but no one is responsible for making sure the entire financial back office works together.
Elevate Ops was built to fill that gap.
We bring structure, ownership, and coordination to the financial operation so owners have reliable information, dependable processes, and fewer financial responsibilities finding their way back onto their desks.
The goal isn't simply better bookkeeping. It's a better-run financial operation.
MEET THE FOUNDER
Built by an operator,
not just a bookkeeper.
Before starting Elevate Ops, Seth spent his career inside financial organizations building and managing the systems, processes, and teams required to keep complex operations running.
His experience spans banking, financial operations, compliance, technology implementation, process design, team leadership, and business growth and scaling. In one of those roles, he helped build the operational infrastructure of a growing financial firm as it expanded from approximately $12 million to more than $1 billion in assets under management.
Along the way, he saw the same challenge repeatedly: growth creates operational complexity long before most businesses are ready to build the internal teams needed to manage it.
Elevate Ops brings that operational mindset to the financial back office of growing businesses—combining disciplined financial processes with the systems, accountability, and ownership required to make them work.
The objective isn't to simply complete financial tasks. It's to build a financial operation the owner can depend on.

HOW WE WORK
Good financial operations are built on more than accurate numbers.
The numbers matter. But so do the processes behind them, the people responsible for them, and the communication that keeps everything moving.
Elevate Ops approaches every client relationship with a few simple principles:
01
OWNERSHIP
Someone should own the process.
Financial responsibilities shouldn't bounce between the owner, bookkeeper, payroll provider, CPA, and employees without clear accountability. We establish who owns what—and make sure the pieces stay coordinated.
02
DISCIPLINE
Consistency creates reliability.
Good financial information comes from repeatable processes. We build disciplined workflows, recurring routines, and a dependable monthly close so the financial operation doesn't depend on someone remembering what needs to happen next.
03
VISIBILITY
The numbers should help you run the business.
Financial reporting shouldn't simply document what already happened. We organize financial information so owners can understand what matters, identify issues, and make better-informed decisions.
04
COMMUNICATION
You shouldn't have to wonder what's happening.
Questions get answered. Issues get surfaced. Responsibilities stay clear. We believe responsive, straightforward communication is part of doing the work well—not an extra service.
Reliable financial operations aren't built around heroics. They're built around ownership, discipline, visibility, and communication.
